Senior Rep Team
Hi there, thank you so much for your interest in becoming a TJP Senior Rep. I absolutely love pouring my heart into my seniors as well as creating lasting relationships with them. The TJP Rep Team gives me the chance to achieve more of that with a small group of girls that represent the face of my brand. Please carefully read the information provided.
What is a senior rep?
A Senior Rep is a junior going into their senior year of high school who chooses to represent only one photography business until graduation. TJP Senior Rep Team members will receive a rep exclusive deal and multiple photo opportunities for one low cost in return for promoting TJP. This team all about spreading kindness, empowering each other, creating new connections, having amazing portrait experiences all while representing the face of Tori.J.Photography for the duration of their senior year.
How does this work?
1.Fill out the applicatioN
As soon as the application goes live, current Minnesota high school Juniors will be able to apply online. Take your time filling out the application as this is the primary way I have for getting to know you better to see if you are a good fit for my team. I highly recommend reading all the information I have provided before applying!
2.Get parental approval
Since your images will be used in all of my marketing and branding materials, I need your parent's permission for you to be on the team. There will be two contracts to sign and a 50% non-refundable initial payment from the discounted session of your choice that must be paid and signed before you're officially on the team.
3.Meet and greet
After you have been accepted, the contracts have been signed, and initial payment has been paid, I will announce the members on social media. This is your first chance to start sharing about being on the team and how excited you are! After that, I will get in touch with everyone to talk about specific details for the meet and greet in March!
Requirements
Chosen reps are required to:
-Be a class of 2027 senior
-Attend meet & greet in March
-Agree to promote & ONLY work with TJP during time as a rep
-Be a positive role model and of good character
-Work well in a group setting
-Post photos from each styled photoshoot on social media during year as a rep
-Be reliable and on time
-Adhere to outfit suggestions and guidelines
-Be kind and respectful
Who I'm looking foR
I'm looking for someone who is kind, outgoing, reliable, and comfortable in front of the camera. Someone with good communication skills. Someone with a positive attitude who is open to trying new things. Someone who already really enjoys my work. Someone who is active on social media and willing to help promote my business. And lastly someone who genuinely wants to be a part of this team.
A few more things to note
Being a senior rep is an investment and a responsibility. There is no fee to be a part of the rep team, but it is required that you have your senior portraits taken only by Tori.J.Photography which will require you to book a discounted senior package exclusive to my senior reps. A 50% non-refundable initial payment is required; that insures you are serious about fulfilling your obligation as a team member and officially secures your individual session on my calendar! In return for your discount, you will need to actively promote TJP by referring others to TJP, sharing posts and behind the scenes from your sessions on your social media platforms as well as attend styled shoots with the other reps!
Is the rep program right for me?
The Tori.J.Photography Rep Team is for any southern Minnesota high school junior that desires MORE out of their senior year. Whether you're naturally outgoing or want to get out of your comfort zone, this program is right for you if:
- You're adventurous, you're creative, you're carefree and you just want to make the most out of your senior year!
- You desire to surround yourself with other like-minded young adults.
- Already enjoy Tori.J.Photography and want to support and share the brand with everyone around you!

Can I get senior pictures taken with someone else?
No, this would defeat the sole purpose of being a senior rep for a photographer. When you apply, it is expected that you SOLEY represent and only work with Tori.J.Photography. It's a commitment and responsibility to having me as your exclusive senior photographer! By being a rep, it is a requirement that reps promote me and my brand only from the day the contract is signed until graduation. If you are thinking or interested in working with another photographer, being a senior rep is not for you.
what are my responsibilities as a rep?
Your participation and dedication are extremely important during this time! I ask that you are on time and positively reflect yourself and my brand. Another responsibility as a rep is to actively refer friends and family to Tori.J.Photography. This includes but not limited to sharing on social media frequently, as well as excitedly participating in rep-related shoots. Only advertise and use TJP as sole photographer during time as a rep. It is also up to you to communicate to your parents where and when you need to be places.
Is it possible to be taken off the team during the year?
Keep in mind that TJP reps are a direct representation of Tori.J.Photography and are expected to present themselves in a appropriate manner. Any behavior that is observed to be inappropriate, unethical, or in ill-taste could result in termination of agreement. By being a part of the team, it is expected that you help to lift one another up and are respectful towards me and the other rep members.
Do I have to live in Springfield?
Any Class of 2027 Senior (current Junior) in Springfield or surrounding areas can apply! You just have to be willing to come to Springfield or other neighboring cities for photoshoots.
How are the team members chosen?
Tori.J.Photography Rep Team members will be chosen based on their answers to the questions on the application regarding their morals, character, personality, community involvement, and dedication. I want young adults who not only value me and my business but want to help create a better world around them. I'll look for those who can prove they would be a great fit for my team.
Do my parents need to be involved?
Yes! I ask that you please make your parents aware of your interest in the rep team and let them know if you're applying. Be sure to thoroughly read and discuss ALL details with them. I will be in contact with your parents if you are chosen as part of the rep team to ensure they are on board and aware of your responsibilities.
